SOME SIMPLE TIPS FOR PRODUCING WORK READY FOR PUBLISHING
* Supply plain text, leave the layout to the designer
* Supply all copy in upper and lower case (not CAPITALS only)
* There should never be more than one space between words, even after punctuation. So don't put two spaces after full stops
* Avoid hitting the return key twice to create extra space between your paragraphs
* Be consistent in spelling
* Avoid long paragraphs and long sentences
* Only use one tab at a time. Do not use spaces where tabs should be used
* Check spelling and proofread material before handing over to Sue or Prue;
